One-On-One Coaching sessions
As an athlete, your primary focus is to maximize your performance in your sport. My mission is to empower you to build confidence in your food choices and reach your full athletic potential.
When we work together, you will learn how to nourish your body for your training, and maximize both your health and performance. I help athletes move away from a disordered eating pattern and diet mentality, using a non-diet approach that focuses on having a healthy relationship with food as well as trusting and listening to their body when it comes to their food choices.
From our initial assessment session and throughout our follow-ups, I will be right by your side to ensure you are achieving your goals, staying healthy and becoming the best athlete you can be.
During our one-on-one coaching sessions, I can help you with the following sport nutrition areas:
Ensure you are fuelling with the right and sufficient foods to maximize energy for your training and to support recovery
Improve your relationship with food and with your body and move away from a diet mentality
Learning how to practice mindful eating
Prevent under-fuelling (both in males and female athletes)
Recover your period, if you’re a female athlete who’s lost your period because of the stressors of sport or under-eating.
Support with disordered eating
Competition preparation including hydration and fuelling before, during and after back to back events
Travel nutrition
Nutrition to support injury
Support with safe use of sport supplements to reach your desired performance outcomes
