Hello! I’m Melissa Kazan, Registered Dietitian and Sport Nutritionist.

My goal is to help athletes, performers and dancers learn how to nourish their body, feel confident in their food choices and reach their full potential. My approach focuses on building a healthy relationship with food and developing skills to listen and trust your body when it comes to fuelling.

With over 10 years of nutrition coaching experience, I have successfully supported athletes, dancers and performers with their nutrition and performance goals. During my career, I have serviced performers including contortionists and Ballet dancers as well as various National and Provincial sport teams including Figure Skating, Artistic Swimming, Rhythmic Gymnastics, Diving, Swimming, Curling, Mountain Bike and Women’s Basketball. Currently, I am the consulting Dietitian for Athletics Canada and the National Ballet of Canada. I am also supporting Ballet students at the Canadian National Ballet School through the Toronto Psychology and Wellness Group clinic.

As a professional speaker, I provide interactive workshops to sport teams, coaches and active individuals, turning the complex science of nutrition and sport nutrition into practical tips that are customized and easy to understand.

Through my private practice based in Toronto, I offer one-on-one coaching to athletes, performers and dancers of all levels. To learn more about how I can help you, click on the button below to book a discovery call with me.
